Video

A video section — Shopify-hosted upload or YouTube/Vimeo URL — with a cover image shown before play.

Section settings

• Video (uploaded) — Shopify-hosted video. Takes precedence over the URL.
• YouTube or Vimeo URL — Used when no uploaded video is set.
• Cover image — Shown before external videos play; also renders as a static image when no video is configured.
• Aspect ratio — 16/9, 21/9, 4/3, 1/1.
• Width — small, medium, large, full.
• Autoplay — Mutes automatically when on. Loop.
• Padding top / bottom, Color scheme.

Blocks

Takes theme blocks for content beside or above the video.

Notes

• Always set a cover image — it's the section's mobile and pre-play face.
• Uploaded video gets Shopify's player and adaptive delivery; embeds load the provider's player on demand.
