What to include
To get the fastest answer, include:
- Your Shopify store URL — the storefront where the issue occurs.
- Your theme version — visible in the theme editor at Theme settings → Theme info, or check the Changelog.
- A screenshot or screen recording of the issue, especially for visual bugs.
- The browser and operating system you're using.
- The steps to reproduce — what you clicked, in what order, and what happened.
For setup questions, include the part of the theme you're configuring (which section, which template) and what you're trying to accomplish.
Before you contact us
Many setup and customization questions are answered in:
- Sections reference — every section's settings and behavior.
- Customizing — color schemes, typography, layout.
- FAQ — the most common questions and answers.
If the question is still unanswered, contact us — happy to help.
What we don't support
- Custom theme modifications — We don't write custom code for individual stores. For significant theme customization, work with a Shopify Expert or freelance developer.
- Third-party app integrations — For app-specific issues, contact the app's developer first. We can help with theme-side integration questions.
- Shopify platform issues — Issues with checkout, payments, shipping, or Shopify admin functionality are Shopify's domain, not the theme's. Contact Shopify Support.
