Announcement bar

A promotional bar that sits above the header. Used for shipping cutoffs, drop dates, restock notes, sale messaging, or country-specific copy.

What it does

Renders a single-line announcement at the top of every page. Optionally rotates through multiple messages on a timer. Optionally dismissible.

Section settings

Documentation in progress. Settings include announcement messages, rotation timing, dismissible behavior, and color scheme.

• Announcement — Single message with optional link and country targeting.

Example use cases

• Shipping cutoff messaging. "Ships today if ordered by 2pm PT."
• Drop countdown. "Next drop: Tuesday, 10am PT."
• Free shipping threshold. "Free shipping on US orders over $100."

Notes

Keep messaging short. The announcement bar competes with the header for attention; long copy reads as noise.
